These terms apply to all users of the 100k platform, including those browsing the website without a registered account, registered users, and any party accessing content or services provided by 100k. This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the required age threshold.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
To make full use of 100k's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim duplicate bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access due to your negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact 100k support immediately.
You agree not to share your login credentials with any other party. 100k will never request your password through any external communication channel.
Platform Usage Rules
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to hack, bypass, or compromise the platform's security systems
- Distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or disruptive to other users
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation
- Engaging in fraud or manipulation in any betting activity
- Ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate and up to date
- Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Not using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Reporting any technical issues or detected fraud to us
- Being responsible for all bets placed through your account
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 100k platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including local eWallets and online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account verification level.
100k reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by management. Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 24 business hours depending on the chosen method.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities. 100k is not liable for any losses arising from processing delays caused by third-party security verification.

Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 100k platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, delays, or errors at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 100k shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.
100k reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances: the user breaches any of the terms set out here; the account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity; the user provided false information during registration; or at 100k's discretion based on internal assessment. Where an account is suspended due to a terms violation, the account balance may be withheld pending further investigation.
Users who are inactive for a specified period may be subject to our dormant account policy, which may result in account closure. Notice will be sent to the registered email address before any action is taken.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 100k platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 100k or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, display, or modify any content without prior written permission from 100k.
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only. 100k has no control over the content of third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing any third-party website is entirely at your own risk.
100k reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
